Biography:

Huisheng Zhang is a professor and doctoral supervisor in the School of Science, Dalian Maritime University. He is currently presiding over one project of the National Natural Foundation of China (NNFC), one youth project of the NNFC, two provincial and ministerial projects, and one provincial and ministerial award. He has published more than 30 papers in IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, Neural Networks, Neurocomputing and other SCI journals.

Prof. Kai Qu

Dalian Maritime University, China

Biography:

Qu Kai, professor, master supervisor, deputy dean of the School of Science of Dalian Maritime University, and director of the Dalian Mathematical Society. He is mainly engaged in research on numerical approximation and numerical solutions of differential equations. He has published more than 10 academic papers. He has presided over one National Natural Science Foundation project, and he has presided over many provincial and ministerial projects.
